I started this blog with one clear sentiment that I am an independent, an independent Canadian with no political connections or beliefs. Yet I can say publicly that under no circumstances can I trust a word out of your mouth and that of your ministers. And I stress that I would gladly face you in public with all my material and evidence.
In each and every case you as the Premier was made aware of the situation at hand. You even sent out your little responses. I have them all. Your policies are a farce and even an insult to your own legislation. Let's have a quick look at them shall we...
McGuinty
puts our Democracy in crisis
Dalton
McGuinty has decided that he has done all he can for Ontario and that
it is time to make his exit from the Premier's Office. It was a
shock to many, after all Dalton did bring the provincial Liberals
back into power, even though only with a minority. He has been able
to ride past scandals such as the ORNGE debacle seemingly untouched.
What motivated arguably the most powerful political figure in the
province to decide to step down? Can the rumours be true that Dalton
McGuinty wants to make himself available for the leadership cat fight
of the federal Liberals?
The
federal Liberals are in shambles, in total disarray. Bob Rae, who
wants to, and then not, are simply on a treadmill going nowhere.
Little Justin may look pretty and have an impressive pedigree, sadly
his judgement is lacking his father's finesse. Pierre's ghost is not
enough as a guiding light, time and a few wrinkles may make something
worth listening to out of little Justin. Are the federal Liberals
looking for a 'proven winner' like Dalton McGuinty? Yet McGuinty has
made it clear he is not running the federal race.
Some
media referred to Dalton's resignation speech as eloquent, but then
this is the same media that turned a blind eye to facts and hard
evidence of the hypocrisy of the provincial Liberals. Dalton
McGuinty said, “In every area that matters most to families –
their schools, their health care, their environment and their economy
– we've made huge progress.” Dalton's deceit continued to the
very end.
The
“huge progress” that McGuinty referred to is at best questionable
and in fact nonexistent in reality. Our health care has become more
of a frightening joke than anything to be proud of. Queen's Park
faced a huge rally, people came from all parts of Ontario to tell
Premier McGuinty that they had had enough. Dalton was not there to
speak to the people, nor to listen to their concerns. In the Niagara
area the C.difficile outbreak was out of control and the local
Niagara Health System only concerned for their huge salaries. Dalton
McGuinty did nothing, he did not act as a leader who gave a damn for
the people who trusted him. Instead he and his health minister Deb
Matthews lurked in the shadows as the death toll of innocents peaked
over three dozen before Dalton McGuinty finally took action. Could
this be considered to be “huge progress” or simply Excellent Care
for All?
Dalton
McGuinty lays claim to “the toughest drinking water standards,
anywhere.” Ontario is not prone to earthquakes although the
tragedy of Walkerton brought home a very real truth. Environment and
its issues are not simply the rhetoric of non-profit activists with
their hand out for contributions. Real consequences exist in real
time that can have a devastating effect on us all. At the time
McGuinty's environment minister Lauren Broten brought into play what
was called the toughest clean water act in North America. Bill 43 has its values though as with everything that has come from the
McGuinty Liberals it is the hypocrisy and lies that are the reality.
Hard
evidence has been made public that proves that the McGuinty
government had no desire to enforce its own legislation. Contaminated water from excavation sites of brownfields were pumped
into storm water run-off sewers, in turn reaching Lake Ontario. The
Environmental Commissioner of Ontario requested investigations.
Ministry of Environment had taken no action and when it did find
itself forced to investigate, the contravener walked away without
consequence. In fact the current Minister of the Environment Jim Bradley has gone where no other McGuinty minister has dared.
Minister
Jim Bradley a veteran of 35 years as an MPP had decided that he can
in fact do as he pleases even with legislation. Our Environmental Bill of Rights is the last line of defence that we as the people of
Ontario have both in the participation of the environmental decision
making process, and as a tool to protect the very future of our
communities. Jim Bradley decided that in his arrogance he can in
fact change details of official reports filed on record under the EBR
some two and more years ago. He instructed two individual directors
of the MOE, Director of Enforcement and Investigations Lisa Feldman
and Director for West Central Division Bill Bardswick to change
details of reports filed under the EBR in 2010 and 2011. Both
reports relate to the same business owner in St. Catharines, Ontario,
Minister Jim Bradley's riding for 35 years. This same business
owner was found guilty of contravening the EPA Ontario Reg. #347,
burying hazardous waste such as asphalt on his property without
consequence.
As
alarming as this situation is, it is not the only example of the
hypocrisy of Dalton McGuinty and his barking out his beast of “huge
progress” in relation to the environment. Several separate
requests for investigation have been approved by the Environmental
Commissioner of Ontario relating to the intentional pumping of
contaminated water directly into run-off sewers and therefore Lake
Ontario. Hard evidence had been provided, independent laboratory
test results listing the levels of heavy metals and petroleum
effluents found in samples. No action has been taken by the MOE.
Water contaminated with arsenic, mercury and petroleum products had
been pumped from brownfield redevelopment projects directly into
storm run-off sewers. Photographs provided as clear evidence, the
ECO requesting investigations, only to have the MOE refuse to do
anything. McGuinty's lies and hypocrisy only more disgusting when he
bragged of “the toughest drinking water standards, anywhere.”
Now
that Dalton McGuinty has suspended the legislature for his own and
his Liberals' benefit, what will happen to the highly touted
legislation to protect our Great Lakes. Minister Jim Bradley took
his dog and pony show all around Ontario bragging on how important
this legislation was. Dr. Rick Smith of Environmental Defence
applauded the Liberals on how the Great Lakes Protection Act was
going to save our precious natural resource.
Premier
Dalton McGuinty stood with a straight face and finer in the air and
said, “In every area that matters most to families...we've made
huge progress.” Another one of his ministers, one who is a
contender for the departing McGuinty to lead the Liberals, Kathleen
Wynne has shown equal care for law and legislation as has Dalton
McGuinty. Minister Wynne as the Minister for Municipal Affairs and
Housing is responsible for the enforcement of Ontario's Building Code
Act. She has been provided information of abuse of code of conduct
by a building inspector. This building inspector has used his
position as a form of threat and harassment, all the details provided
to Minister Wynne including a recording of the building inspector's
voice. The minister has not even bothered to respond! As the
Minister for Municipal Affairs, Minister Wynne is responsible for the
Municipal Elections Act, though do not bother to bring to her
attention any questions in relations to her responsibilities.
Ontario's
Municipal Elections Act was established in theory to protect the
integrity of the election process. Its enforcement is the
responsibility of the Minister for Municipal Affairs and Housing. Minister Wynne was provided information of a CUPE President who is an
elected city councillor, a serious breach of conflict of interest,
though Minister Wynne has some difficulty in understanding her
responsibilities as she has not bothered to respond. Shawn Wilson CUPE President of CUPE Local 1287 of Niagara is also an elected
councillor for the city of Thorold. In fact as CUPE president he is
also the employer of his CUPE members. Somewhat difficult to
understand how the minister responsible for the enforcement of the
Municipal Act finds that such a situation should be simply ignored.
Yet Kathleen Wynne is a contender for the vacant chair as leader of
the Ontario Liberals and Premier of Ontario?
Such
a notion is straight out of Vladimir Putin's book of 'how to in
politics'. Democracy, law and freedom of choice as to who governs us
are simply empty words to the arrogant Ontario Liberals. Facing
scandal and corruption questions Dalton McGuinty simply suspended our
government. He has stood there in public and lied as to why he did
so. He has blamed the whole issue of why he had to prorogue
parliament on the 'bell', and the Opposition. Dalton McGuinty has
the arrogant gall to resign and expect that the Liberal Party decides
who is the premier. We the people of Ontario do not have that choice
only the select few who are part of an organization that has
suspended our democratic right will make that decision. It is an
atrocity committed by a hypocrite.
Dalton
McGuinty refers to the scandal as a “phoney contempt case” yet he
won't defend himself or his Liberal government. Dalton McGuinty is
fully aware of his pal Minister Jim Bradley altering reports filed as
official record under the EBR and he does nothing about it. Well in
some form McGuinty has done something, he decided to run like a
coward and at the same time destroy our democratic right.
This
is the same Dalton McGuinty who had the press call him eloquent, the
same press that has refused to make public the actions of Minister
Jim Bradley. We in Ontario are facing a democratic crisis and are
simply sitting back and waiting. Sun Media's Jonathan Jenkins,
Queen's Park Bureau on October 25 2012 brought forward this little
fact. That the Opposition Tories had in fact wrapped up the
bell-ringing trick at the end of the spring sitting in early June and
that it has not been used since the return of the MPP's on August
27th.
As Premier McGuinty was asked why he didn't prorogue parliament in
the Spring, he ignored the question and gave this as a reply, “I
prorogued because the place was becoming over heated.” Premier
Dalton McGuinty lied and it was not an eloquent lie.
A premier mess
In
Ontario as in any province of Canada the Premier is the leader of the
ruling political party and that of the provincial government. He or
she has the responsibility of authority over all his or her ministers
and no minister has any power over the Premier. Premier Dalton
McGuinty has shown either acute cowardice or the need to shelter a
minister of his government to such a degree that one is left to
wonder if he really is a leader at all.
A
letter dated July 13th 2012 has been received from Premier
Dalton McGuinty it is in response to information sent to him in
relation to the intentional breach of the EBR by the Ministry of the
Environment and Minister Jim Bradley. Without any doubts the issues
raised to the Premier were of a very serious and alarming nature, the
Premier's response was a laughable 'clone-letter'.
Premier
McGuinty states, “I appreciate your sharing your concerns with
me,” the reality is that the
Premier would rather not know anything. Playing the role of one of
the three monkeys is safer for Premier McGuinty. He goes on to say
that the issue raised in fact falls into the area of responsibility
of Minister Jim Bradley. One might consider this a wonderful play on
words or something less flattering. The issue raised revolves around
Minister Jim Bradley, his attempts to breach the Environmental Bill
of Rights and his lies. According to the Premier this is something
that Minister Jim Bradley is to handle.
Yet
this 'clone-letter' is different from the past and one can't help but
wonder why. Premier McGuinty, the lion of Ontario only makes a meow
when he states, “I have asked that he or a member of his
staff respond to you directly.” What
a change from the Premier's letter of March 2nd
2012. Then Premier McGuinty said, “It is my
understanding that my colleague the Honourable Jim Bradley, Minister
of the Environment, has received your February 22 letter, and will be
responding to you directly.”
Premier
McGuinty provided the verification that indeed Minister Bradley did
receive the letter of February 22nd
so Bradley can't claim otherwise. Minister Jim Bradley in his
despicable arrogance has not responded to any letter, whether sent to
the Ministry of the Environment or delivered to his St. Catharines
Constituency Office. Yet Minister Jim Bradley had two individual
directors of the MOE respond and attempt to tamper with official MOE
reports under the EBR. In fact Minister Jim Bradley even had
Director Lisa Feldman lie regarding an official ministry report
submitted to the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario. Minister Jim
Bradley has ignored the people of his own riding regardless of what
his boss said on March 2nd.
So
now Premier McGuinty changes his 'clone-letter' to “I
have asked that he or a member of his staff respond to you
directly.” Is
this cowardice on the part of the Premier or something else? Has
Minister Jim Bradley told the Premier that he does has he pleases and
nothing else? Though the issue does not end here as evidence has
been provided by an Issues Manager and Strategic Advisor for Ass.
Dep. Min. Kevin French that indeed Director Lisa Feldman lied at the
request of Minister Jim Bradley. Premier McGuinty may rather not
know what his ministers do but here he has no choice. Minister Jim
Bradley has a great deal to answer and should face a full
investigation.
Details of Minister Bradley's
actions are somewhat shocking. On two separate occasions directors
of the MOE have attempted to alter the details of official MOE
reports. Both Lisa Feldman and Bill Bardswick had tried to change
reports filed to the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario. Each of
these reports had been compiled by the ECO in his annual report and
presented to the legislature. Both Feldman and Bardswick had done
this at the request of Minister Jim Bradley.
Premier McGuinty has also to
deal with Minister Deb Matthews, Minister of Health as her ministry
is involved in this issue with Minister Bradley. Full details have
been provided to Minister Matthews of serious breaches by Dr. Valerie
Jaeger MD, PhD. Dr. Jaeger is the most senior public health official
in the Niagara Region appointed by the provincial minister of health.
In an attempt to cover up for the Region's lack of action Minister
Bradley instructed Bill Bardswick to change specific details of an
MOE report of 2010. Minister Matthews who is fully aware of the
situation has refused to respond and Premier McGuinty has
conveniently avoided the whole issue relating to Minister Deb
Matthews. Can this be because Minister Deb Matthews already faces
serious criticism over her knowledge of the situation with Dr. Mazza
and the whole fiasco with ORNGE. There have been calls for the
removal of Minister Deb Matthews on that issue. Is Premier McGuinty
simply afraid of more public attention which will shine on his
Minister of Health? Are the people of Niagara once again left out on
their own as they were during the C.difficile outbreak? Premier
McGuinty may have decided to play the ballerina with his pirouette by
his public 'kiss and make up' with the Alberta Premier, yet he still
walks away from his responsibility here.
Ontario's provincial government
has made a great deal of public noise regarding their supposed
environmental concern. All of it only a farce filled with hypocrisy
led by an environment minister who sees little benefit in honesty to
the people. Minister Jim Bradley has not acted in the best interest
of the environment - our combined future nor the people of Niagara.
Though Minister Bradley has acted as a shield for some who are
personal associates and friends. Premier McGuinty knows the facts
and has had all the evidence made available to him. It is undeniable
yet Premier McGuinty will do nothing. Where do the people of Ontario
turn and in particular the people of Niagara?
The Office of the Auditor
General for Ontario only cares when money is involved. After all the
only reason he is concerned with all the issues of ORNGE is simply
because millions of dollars are at question. He calls himself a
'watchdog' for Ontario and that is quite a laugh. Absolute evidence
of breaches of legislation by a minister, of intentional deceit by a
senior public health official are simply not equating to dollar
value. Our Premier will not take action unless forced as he cannot
have this aired in public. Where does that leave the people of
Ontario?
A Minister's Arrogance
Premier
Dalton McGuinty sent this letter to me dated March 2nd
2012 and in it he states that Jim Bradley, Minister of the
Environment will be responding to me directly. Jim Bradley makes the
Premier out to be a liar. Three letters have been forwarded to
Minister Bradley, one even hand delivered to his St. Catharines
constituency office, without a reply. We have a serious issue here
in St. Catharines with orange water discharged into a drainage ditch
and to a storm run-off sewer. Minister Bradley has had a letter sent
to him asking whether his Ministry of the Environment lied in a
written response to me on February 16th 2011. He has
refused to answer, that letter was dated February 1st
2012.
In
the February 16th 2011 response by Ministry of Environment
signed by Kevin French, Assistant Deputy Minister Operations
Division, I had been told that Sam Demita owner of Sun Collision had
“already been advised to move the damaged vehicles away from the
property line...” None of the vehicles had been moved to this date
March 26th 2012. Minister Jim Bradley was asked whether
or not Ass. Dep. Min. Kevin French had lied in his report in February
16th 2011 or is it normal practice for a business to tell
the Ministry of Environment to go to hell and ignore their
instructions. It has been over a year since the MOE made the request
of Sun Collision to move the vehicles. How hard is it for the
brilliant staff of the local office of the MOE to simply visit the
site of Sun Collision and see the damaged vehicles still at the
property line? Minister Bradley has refused to answer any questions
on this issue that may affect a community and its potential health.
Damaged vehicles leak dangerous fluids into the ground that can in
time leach into homes and affect innocent people. The Environmental
Commissioner of Ontario had agreed with this, and Ass. Dep. Min.
French had forwarded a copy of his February 16th 2011
report to Peter Lapp, Executive Director at the Environmental
Commissioner of Ontario.
I
ask Premier Dalton McGuinty since he had said that his colleague Jim
Bradley will respond directly, how do we get a response from him.
Bradley is also the elected representative of this riding, yet he in
his arrogance still ignores us. Is Jim Bradley, Minister of the
Environment afraid of Sam Demita owner of Sun Collision? Or did
Ass. Dep. Min. French lie in his response of February 16th
2011, and in fact the MOE did not tell Sam Demita to move the damaged
vehicles?
Premier
McGuinty conveniently left out any mention of the February 1st
2012 letter sent to Environment Minister Jim Bradley, his letter only
refers to one of the letters which his minister has refused to answer
or acknowledge.
So
Premier McGuinty's 'rock' Jim Bradley makes the Premier sound like a
liar. We are the people who become important in an election
listening to phony promises yet can't even get a response from a
minister once elected. This is not a frivolous issue brought to the
Premier, this is an issue which may potentially affect the health and
safety of a community. How do we get a response to the concerns
raised?
What
Were They Elected For?

So
many times we linger in no-man's land after an election asking this
very question. Can any of us really answer it? Heck we elected them
didn't we, it had to be for a reason. Somewhere, somehow we had to
believe that the welfare of our community, of our Ontario would be a
serious consideration on their minds.
I
beg to differ and for that reason present a novel idea. Why can't we
have a form of buyers remorse after the election is over? You know
how it is when you buy something get it home and then reality crashes
in. Most times we have thirty days to return the darn thing with a
receipt. Maybe the colour was wrong, or you looked in the mirror and
thought you had a mental collapse in the store to have bought the
thing. Or simply you darn well can't really afford it and a refund
is what you need. Well it is the same concept for those we elect
that I propose.
Our
receipt after all is our voting registration and we should be able to
simply take our vote back after a certain period if not satisfied
completely with what we got. Can you imagine how many election
promises will be kept. In fact we may even have a government that
works for the people not the select few with the power and money.
True only a fantasy yet how many of us are fed up with the lies and
broken promises. Those phoney slogans on web pages and banners
promising to work together. They are all the same though whether
federal, provincial or municipal, there is nothing different between
the full-time or the part-time politician.
A
copy of a letter posted here that has been sent to Premier Dalton
McGuinty prompted this most. Premier McGuinty did show some courage
for some 24 hours when he made his statement regarding the Alberta
tar sands and the “petro dollar economy.”
Some of the truth lingered in the air for a brief moment on the
realities of the supposed job utopia because of the tar sands. Still
the real powers that run our government brought out the heavy clouds
of discontent and McGuinty became a ballerina and did his
pirouette. Oops so much for strength of character.
Here
in this letter to our ballerina premier a request in a manner, for
clarification as to why his ministers are in their ministries. At
this time in St. Catharines a serious issue of contaminated orange
water discharging into a drainage ditch and a storm water run-off
sewer, which would take this orange water to Lake Ontario is still
lingering in limbo. A full story on this is available on

The Minister for Environment has been contacted. Not a word or
response from Minister Jim Bradley. His supervisor for enforcement
has had all the details delivered and no response. Minister Jim
Bradley actually wears two hats here. He is the Minister for the
Environment therefore the head of the ministry directly responsible
for this issue. He is also the elected representative for the St.
Catharines riding, and has been for many years. Yet he has ignored a
community on both counts. What the heck is Minister Jim Bradley
in office for?
Premier
McGuinty has had questions raised as to the real reason his ministers
occupy the ministries that they do in the past. Somehow though
history simply repeats itself. Minister Jim Bradley has ignored his
riding and a community under potential threat. Minister Jim
Bradley has ignored his responsibility as the Minister for
Environment responsible for the enforcement of environmental
legislation. He has been notified of these serious issues more than
once. No response has been seen from Minister Jim Bradley.
The
questions do not end with Minister Jim Bradley and his lack of care
for his responsibilities. Minister Kathleen Wynne as Minister
for Municipal Affairs and Housing is responsible for the
administration and enforcement of the Ontario Building Code Act.
Minister Wynne has had clear and direct evidence provided of a
serious breach of the Ontario Building Code Act. In fact a fellow
minister, Minister Harinder Takhar had forwarded all the material to
Wynne advising it was her responsibility. Minister Takhar then set
out in writing that he had done so. Not a single word has come from
Minister Wynne.
Ontario's
Building Code Act is not only in place to ensure safe and pretty
buildings, it also provides strict guidelines on the Code of Conduct
for those with power to enforce the directives of the Act. Minister
Wynne was provided with proof that a building inspector had issued an
unsafe building order without an actual inspection. Yes it is true,
an inspector who doesn't inspect. This building inspector, a Steven
Sunderland of the City of St. Catharines, decided that it only
appeared to him to be unsafe, similar to an apparition of a gremlin
maybe, without any inspection he issued the order. When offered the
opportunity to inspect the section of building that he had not
inspected, he refused to do so. True he refused to do the inspection
and was recorded. Simply the fact that this individual has a
position titled 'building inspector' makes it difficult to understand
how it is possible for him to not inspect a building. It's like a
priest who refuses to hear confessions, or a cop who refuses to
arrest a bad guy. Somehow it sounds unnatural, a building inspector
who refuses to inspect.
As
a building inspector this individual holds enough power to make life
very uncomfortable for people. Therefore the Ontario Building
Code Act has a Code of Conduct to ensure that the power is not
abused, nor is it to be used as an inflatable ego. Minister Kathleen
Wynne is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the
Act. Heck if she was not sure of that Minister Takhar confirmed it
for her. Wynne has also had it made clear to her that the City of
St. Catharines won't enforce the Code of Conduct against Sunderland.
It is her responsibility and her ministry that must enforce the Code
of Conduct and the Building Code Act. Still not a word from Minister
Kathleen Wynne.
What
does it take to get a response from one of Premier McGuinty's
ministers? Strange though, Minister Kathleen Wynne did send me an
invitation through Facebook to a March Break Skating Party, March
14th 2012. Should I come and bring my questions to her
directly? Maybe more ministers will be there holding hands on thin
ice.
Premier
McGuinty has proven that we should have the three wise monkeys sit as
the emblem of our Ontario Legislature because - You do not hear
anything from the people of Ontario, you refuse to see the truth and
will not speak to the people of Ontario when asked for answers to
issues raised.
CODE OF CONDUCT REQUIRES A PROVINCIAL REVIEW
Issues have been brought to you regarding the threat and improper action regarding the theft of a house by the City of St.Catharines. Mayor Brian McMullan as Mayor of the City of St.Catharines caught in accepting knowingly illegal campaign contributions for his re-election campaign 2010. Prior to this hard evidence was provided of breaches of the Municipal Act and Oath of Office by Mayor McMullan as he fixed a legal by-law fine. Officers of the Niagara Regional Police Service have lied on official documents, which in fact is perjury, all of the evidence provided to you and your ministers. A detective sergeant of the Niagara Regional Police not only lies on an official police document, he attempts to in fact tamper with evidence in his actions. All information provided to you Premier Dalton McGuinty. Your response? ZERO!
Now what is brought to your attention reaches levels of abuse of the law by an elected official beyond comprehension. What is expected from you? ZERO! That in fact is the value of your government and its ministers. Still you need to be informed of the facts and evidence if only for formality's sake.
An elected member of the Regional Municipality of Niagara has been publicly attacked, smeared and accused of actions he had not committed. Although those in elected office have an understanding that they can not please everyone and since they did not get a 100% vote count there are people out in the community who may not like them. Being a target as a public figure in some way in our modern society is expected. Yet when accusations come from anonymous e-mailers in addition to being false a line has to be drawn.
Andrew Petrowski, a Niagara Regional Councillor and one of six representatives for the City of St.Catharines not only was accused by anonymous cowards, who made their accusations public, he was attacked by a fellow Niagara councillor. The situation began with confidential personnel information being provided to an individual outside the Niagara Region's offices. Few people within the Region's staff would have access to this confidential information. Yet an anonymous individual who went by the name Tim Lewis had received these documents. This Tim Lewis, using a fake e-mail address then sent e-mails to all Niagara regional councillors, City of St.Catharines councillors and the local media. In the list of those who received these e-mails was Mayor Brian McMullan, who sits on the regional council as a councillor.
Mayor Brian McMullan begins his public attack on Councillor Petrowski. McMullan writes a letter/e-mail to Region's Chairman Gary Burroughs. As a councillor communicating with his boss this would be a confidential matter, as anyone would understand. It would not matter if you are a public employee, elected representative of government on any level or in the private sector, written communication with your boss would be considered confidential. Yet Mayor Brian McMullan sent a copy of his confidential e-mail to Chairman Burroughs to the anonymous Tim Lewis. Tim Lewis immediately copied this confidential correspondence supposedly meant only for the Regional Chariman to all on his list, including media. When interviewed by the local newspaper The Standard, Mayor Brian McMullan admits that he knows the identity of the anonymous e-mailers. He claims he does not know who Tim Lewis is but admits to know there are more than one and to know who the others are.
Brian McMullan's interview was published in the local press on December 9th 2011. Mayor McMullan admits to know the identity of the anonymous e-mailers, only not Tim Lewis. Days later another anonymous e-mail this time the name is a Suzie Q. Now the accusations are of inappropriate actions against a female Niagara regional staff member, in fact claiming assault. Suzie Q makes a police report with these claims. It is in fact a false police report and breach of the Criminal Code under Public Mishchief, section 140. Yet Mayor McMullan has publicly admitted to know the identity of the anonymous e-mailers. McMullan's public admission makes him part of the criminal act and an accessory to the criminal act.
Niagara Regional Police have not begun an investigation on this situation. Mayor Brian McMullan has admitted to knowing these anonymous e-mailers and therefore complicity to the criminal breach. All the facts were published on Mayorgate. The police can easily identify the anonymous e-mailers through the IP address and servers, and lay charges. Within days of the story being published on Mayorgate the anonymous e-mailers Tim Lewis and Suzie Q have closed down their e-mail addresses. Panic has forced further errors.
Once again Mayor Brian McMullan has broken the law and no consequence. How will Minister Jim Bradley protect his pal with this one? What is enough for you Premier McGuinty?
A SUZUKI BACKFIRES
As the Premier of Ontario you have years of political experience behind you and no excuses or lies work. Your use of David Suzuki to endorse The Ontario Liberal Party environmental policies was beyond disgusting, it was not ethical. Elections Ontario makes it clear the responsibilities of a candidate in an election. You Dalton McGuinty cannot walk away from your responsibility. Maybe you should have your pal Minister Jim Bradley connect you up with St.Catharines Mayor Brian McMullan. After all Minister Jim Bradley protected his corrupt pal from any consequences for breach of the Municipal Elections Act and Minister Rick Bartolucci did so as well. St. Catharines Mayor Brian McMullan only referred to his campaign auditor regarding illegal campaign funds. Heck Premier McGuinty you should try that one.
Using a recognizable name like David Suzuki was intentional to promote your environmental policy. Hell your Minister John Wilkinson had to run from facts regarding the environment. Neither you nor Minister Wilkinson will answer the questions nor respond to evidence provided on no ad LIB. You expected a name and face such as that of David Suzuki to automatically bring support. David Suzuki is synonymous with the David Suzuki Foundation, you cannot in any fashion disassociate either from the other. According to Elections Ontario a non resident cannot make a contribution. Where does David Suzuki live? On the other hand David Suzuki in the public's perception, is the David Suzuki Foundation regardless if he is on the board or not. Yet Revenue Canada does not permit a registered charitable foundation to make such public partisan political endorsements. The David Suzuki Foundation's spokesperson James Boothroyd can try any spin he likes, fact is simply fact.
As the candidate and man in charge you are responsible to make clear and correct instructions to your volunteer or paid bunch of disciples in this campaign. You Premier Dalton McGuinty not your campaign workers, you are responsible! You Premier McGuinty knew taking a walk through Stanley Park with David Suzuki as the cameras rolled was wrong. So did David Suzuki, yet without you and your cameras Suzuki would only fantasize of the walk.
Minister Jim Bradley protected his corrupt pal here in St. Catharines. Maybe you should have a sit down with Mayor Brian McMullan and get some pointers now. Minister Rick Bartolucci walked away from any responsibility on illegal campaign funds here in St. Catharines, on illegal candidates being allowed by the City of St. Catharines' City Clerk and the City legal department. No breach of the Municipal Elections Act mattered to Minister Rick Bartolucci, nor to Minister Jim Bradley. But then it is the same Minister Rick Bartolucci who gave us the secret powers you and the police worked out together and kept the people of Ontario in the dark about. Do you remember the G20 Summit; the destruction of our civil rights, butchery of our Charter of Rights and Freedoms and bloodied Human Rights? It was your government that showed such disregard for Ontarians.
Now you use David Suzuki and his public image showing no regard for law or legislation. While Minister John Wilkinson your 'Mr. Fix-It' runs from the truth, runs from the evidence that shows your true environmental policy. What did the Ontario Trillium Foundation, which is a government-affiliated group give such a large sum of money for to the David Suzuki Foundation in 2010? Did David Suzuki get paid for his walk through Stanley Park with you? Time for a full investigation of the David Suzuki Foundation and of you Premier McGuinty.
Bring together your 'fix-it' team of Minister Jim Bradley, Minister Rick Bartolucci and Minister John Wilkinson. Bring in creative consultant St. Catharines' Mayor Brian McMullan he can give some ideas on dodging questions of illegal and improper campaign contributions.

Premier McGuinty, where were you?
As the premier of this province you can not walk away from responsibility, yet you have done exactly that continually. In the Niagara Region 37 innocent people died from C. Difficile before you and your health minister stepped in. Thirty seven victims and a nearing election brought action. On September 13th the Ontario Health Coalition held a public rally at Queen's Park. You Premier McGuinty did not show up to face the same people you ask for trust and a vote. The excuse we were given was that you were hot on the election trail. True you were, but it was in Toronto. It seems either you did not have the courage to face the people of Ontario or simply couldn't care enough.
On your official Web Page you say 'we work best when we work together'. How do you work with the people of Ontario? It was the people of Ontario who gathered together over an issue as serious as public health. You Premier McGuinty could not find the time to hear their voices. Did you send a senior representative in your place to speak to the people and listen to their concerns, no you did not. In fact there were no representatives of the government at all.
In Niagara the horrors of C. Difficile have been devastating. Yet your Minister Jim Bradley keeps pushing the fact that your government had increased funding of the NHS (Niagara Health Services) by millions of dollars. He also keeps reminding us of the new hospital. Minister Jim Bradley ignores questions on bed closures and removal of emergency services to a critical level, he ignores the cuts to front-line health providers and he ignores questions on the monstrous salaries of the management of the NHS. That new hospital will become a death trap as people will have to be brought long distances for emergencies when minutes can be the difference between life and death.
Enough is enough from your Minister Jim Bradley. When the Niagara Health Coalition had their local meetings he did not attend, as you didn't bother on September 13th. It was your decision Premier McGuinty not to care, it was your decision not to listen to the people of Ontario.
ENVIRONMENT
Now under the hand of 'Mr. FIX-IT' Minister Wilkinson. After more than 5 years working environmental issues I have enough documented evidence that proves your government only plays with smoke and mirrors. The Ministry of the Environment whether under the control of Minister Broten, Minister Gerretsen or Minister Wilkinson has no desire to enforce its own legislation. You blamed a previous government for Walkerton yet your own government has done nothing tangible other than talk. I have the direct evidence that proves your Minister for the Environment and the Ministry of the Environment will not enforce the legislation in place. I will sit down in public and question you or your minister on any and all. But you'll do the Takhar mime here.
The track record is great for sure. More than two years for an investigation for the pumping of mercury contaminated water, an estimated 500,000 gallons, into a road-side run -off sewer and in the end Lake Ontario and a response from the Director of Western region MOE that read, disregard the test results as the tests were interfered with at the lab! A smash repair business caught in contravention of Ontario Regulation 347, burying asphalt, tires and concrete with re-bar. No penalties for this intentional breach. No monitoring of conditions of clean-up. Pumping of highly contaminated water into a run-off sewer, water contaminated with heavy metals, and petroleum based products. Again Lake Ontario the lucky recipient. NO ACTION BY MOE! Pumping of contaminated water again into a run-off sewer contaminated with petroleum and oil from a development site. NO ACTION BY MOE AGAIN! Lake Ontario again the lucky recipient. The dumping of some 5000 tonnes of heavily soaked soil from a brownfield, soil contaminated with mercury, lead, arsenic, and copper at Station Road Landfill in Wainfleet only literally minutes from Lake Erie and a public beach Long Beach.
I have all the documents; photos even independent test results on the contaminated water and soil. I will face you or your 'MR. FIX-IT' in public, any time.
COMMUNITY SAFETY & CORRECTIONAL SERVICES
Now in the hands of 'the Rock' Minister James J. Bradley, prior to this Minister Bartolucci. Corruption in the largest regional police force was something Minister Bartolucci did not want to hear about. In fact he didn't want to speak about it and wrote saying exactly that. He stated he would not respond to any further pleas for help even though the Minister for the Attorney General directed me to him. Well that was Minister Bartolucci, now it's 'the Rock' Jim Bradley. A true gem of ministerial over performance. Police caught making false incident reports. These are official documents that affect people's lives and the NRP (Niagara Regional Police) have been caught in an absolute lie, and not once. Direct evidence, heck the cops' own voices recorded, that prove false incident reports! The Minister is also the Solicitor General responsible for the enforcement of the Police Services Act. A police chief, Wendy Southall, fully aware of her officer's falsifying incident reports and not only does the Chief of the NRP stay silent, hell she gets a Governor General's Award. I guess she does deserve an award to be able to stay silent over such an incident for so long. Your Minister Bradley only washes his hands of the whole thing. Maybe 'the Rock' is afraid of what might crawl out if the rock is moved? Another political campaign contribution to a corrupt mayor? Here we have the musical chairs game. At present our brilliant Minister Rick (no nick-name) Bartolucci sits. Before he dropped his bum on the chair it was warmed up by 'the Rock' Minister Jim Bradley. As Minister for Municipal Affairs, either one Bartolucci or Bradley, the responsibility is the enforcement of the Municipal Act and Municipal Elections Act. The current chair warmer Minister Bartolucci has been provided with evidence of illegal campaign funds by candidates in the last municipal election. Direct breach of the Municipal Elections Act. A local chair of a committee that was selected to investigate decided that mandated audits were not going to be done so as to save tax payers' money. Hell to save tax payers' money she should not of been chair. So illegal acts in direct contravention go without any official scrutiny. Now that's true enforcement of law and legislation. You and your Minister Bartolucci have all the details, any thoughts on your response. Minister Bartolucci had already been informed, oh and so had you Premier McGuinty, of massive irregularities in the municipal election of St. Catharines. His response was that an ordinary citizen had to enforce the Municipal Elections Act through the courts. What the hell is he there for then?
Whilst 'the Rock' Minsiter Bradley was in the warming chair evidence of a corrupt act by a mayor and a city councillor was provided to him. Yes Premier McGuinty and to you. You wrote back and said that it was Jimmy who was responsible here. Minister James J. Bradley wrote back to say it was up to me to handle the corruption by Mayor McMullan and City Councillor Jennie Stevens in legal actions. After all Minister Jim Bradley could not take action against his corrupt pal Mayor McMullan. Then during the election campaign of Mayor Brian McMullan, a campaign in which Mayor McMullan breached the Municipal Elections Act on “double dipping” of campaign funds (refer to mayorgate.blogspot.com for all the details update of July – 2011), the Right Honourable Minister James Bradley made a financial contribution to Mayor McMullan. You don't see anything wrong with that? A MINISTER WHO REFUSES TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST A CORRUPT PAL AND THEN HANDS CASH FOR THAT CORRUPT PAL'S CAMPAIGN FUNDS. Oops, a slight error in judgement or the norm for your bunch?

This one is a personal gem I dare say. Here Minister horrendous Harinder Takhar truly outshines. In fact the only government services Minister Takhar should be responsible for are the janitorial. His own colleague Minister Watson wrote and signed that the Honourable colleague Minister Takhar was responsible for action in a horrendous situation. Minister Watson even sent copies to Minister Takhar! At the time what was done to a family was beyond reasonable or acceptable hell. I wrote and provided all the documentation, even sent it all by Express mail as time was an issue. You had all of this as well Premier McGuinty. Not a damned word in reply. I sent it all a second time and again no reply. Another of your own ministries, hell this was not an office boy, said that Minister Takhar was responsible and put it in writing! Minister Takhar stayed silent like a coward. He let a family suffer such hell and like a coward made no response at all! Minister Takhar's own past record is far from shining with dignity but you Premier McGuinty re-instated him with public blessing of confidence. Minister Harinder Takhar is the true example of your government, of your ministers, and of you.
Your words Premier Dalton McGuinty “working together”. Who are you working with? Who are you really working for? I will face you in public with my questions and all my evidence. Your Minister Wilkinson who uses the boogeyman threat of a dirtier Ontario if your bunch isn't returned. I can prove how much dirtier Ontario has become in your, and your ministers' hands.
Your Minister James J. Bradley responsible for the integrity of our law enforcement and our most basic level of government. Not only does Minister Bradley ignore his responsibilities he goes so far as to support the very corrupt political pal that he should of investigated and removed. Minister James Bradley contributed with cash to a corrupt mayor, Mayor Brian McMullan of St. Catharines, in a campaign studded with intentional abuse of the Municipal Elections Act and illegal campaign contributions!
Your Minister Bartolucci instead of enforcing the legislation and law he is responsible for, like Bradley in two ministries, he tells a citizen to do legally himself.
Your Minister Harinder Takhar the mime act of the government. What more can I say. Here is one who doesn't even bother to take time to acknowledge the hell a family had to endure even when a ministerial colleague puts in writing he is responsible.
Here Premier McGuinty I have four, count them, f-o-u-r ministers who have ignored your own legislation! You have ignored your own legislation! In each and every one you push the responsibility onto one of your ministers. Police corruption, environmental hell and a local office of the MOE compromised, the destruction of a family, an election fixed, municipal election laws spat on and election campaign funds nothing more than an auction sale of politicians. What really matters to you as the Premier of Ontario? Now more than three dozen innocent human beings dead though the inaction of the NHS. What really matters to you Premier? It would take courage and dignity to face these questions. I don't expect you to.
2. Remember this Premier? A publication you called “Our Mission.” Who wrote that for you some P.R. professional like the NHS has brought in to hide the truth? I have what you put your name to. “As we work together to build an even stronger and healthier Ontario for generations to come...” There is that “we work together” that you are famous for. How do we work together with you? Is it when you worked with the families of the innocent victims of the NHS debacle? I know maybe it was when democracy and our democratic right of a free and not interfered election was compromised? Maybe it was when police sworn to protect and enforce the law beat the hell out of people, strip them naked and dehumanize the democratic right of freedom of speech? Or is it when police lie and falsify legal documents of record and tamper with evidence? Did we work together in penalizing intentional corporate polluters of our most valuable asset? After all Minister of the Environment Laurel Broten (at least she was back then) said, “Together with our environmental partners, the corporate sector...”
