WILL THE PREMIER FINALLY ACT?

Once again the law has been broken and abused in St.Catharines by its Mayor Brian McMullan. The details are alarming and all the information has been sent to Premier Dalton McGuinty. What will the Premier do to help enforce the laws that all of us are expected to abide by? All the facts have been revealed on Mayorgate regarding this issue and the author/publisher of Mayorgate has in turn had to face threat, harassment and intimidation from the CITY OF ST.CATHARINES only four days after publishing the facts.  Minister Harinder Takhar, Ministry of Government Services, had been previously approached with details of massive abuse of powers by a municipal government, he ignored everything.  The abuse by a municipality of power can never be permitted yet the McGuinty government seems to always walk away from their responsibility.

ENVIRONMENT MINISTER BRADLEY AVOIDS THE HARD QUESTIONS

Minister Jim Bradley in response to the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario's Annual Report quoted again dollar values, claiming the Liberal government increased environment spending. During the recent provincial election Minister Bradley when faced with questions of the horrific death toll in Niagara due to C.difficile responded with how much his government had increased spending for health and the new hospital in St. Catharines. He did not comment on the toll on families or the community. Again Minister Bradley as now the Environment Minister talks of money and avoids the questions. The Ministry of Environment claims that budget cuts stop them from doing their jobs effectively, that manpower is stretched too thin. How can that be the case if the Liberals have increased environmental spending. Here are direct questions asked of Environment Minister Jim Bradley regarding intentional and clear lack of enforcement of legislation. No more bragging of open purse policy simply answer the questions Minister Bradley, if you have the courage to.

The peoples' voice results in a minority

It has been almost two weeks since the McGuinty government was returned to power with a minority. The people of Ontario showed their displeasure. Analysis of the election results long forgotten now it is only a wait for the shuffle, who is what and why. The bigger question is yet to be answered, how long will it be before the next election. On a personal level I expect no change whatsoever from Dalton McGuinty nor his chosen ministers. This blog will continue to pursue the attempt to reach some answers for the questions raised, to raise new ones and find a way to ensure that the people have the facts. John Wilkinson was not returned to office. Statistics show that Minister for Environment John Wilkinson had the greatest number of visits on his page on no-ad-lib.blogspot.com. People do care for the environment even in these tough times. Slowly we as environmentalists will provide enough undeniable facts of the importance to work for a sustainable future today. Minister John Wilkinson has one last question posted though as always no answers will be forthcoming.

Now we wait to see who will be filling what post. No expectations or hopes of promise, though an expectation of the same old thing, an expectation of a “dirtier Ontario.” The hope is in you, the people of Ontario, of Canada and beyond. After all our children, our grandchildren are worth it.

ARE WE READY FOR THIS?

Are we ready for this? October 6 2011 Ontario Provincial Election. Who out of the three do we pick and why? There is Dalton McGuinty and his Liberals. Famous for avoiding the truth and never willing to take responsibility for anything. Dalton used David Suzuki in an attempt to bolster his public image in particular relating to the Liberal Environmental policy. But then backed out of the deal on power generation and the reduction of coal as a primary power generator. The Conservatives headed by Tim Hudak, rather vague on policy or a true platform. Many promises made, though we're used to that game. How different would Tim Hudak and the Conservatives be for Ontario? After all they talk of privatization in health care. Can we as Canadians accept anything of the sort? Finally there is Andrea Horwath and the NDP. Not so shabby in a debate but what would she be like in the hot seat? Some say better the devil you know then the one you don't. Yet it will be another four years before we have a chance to change our minds. We have no power, no ability to even hold any of them accountable after we make that choice.

No recommendations, no guesses only hesitation. One thing though I do know and that is whoever should win the election this blog will stand watch. It is the people of Ontario who come first. It is our future that we are about to trust each one of you with.

Wainfleet Lies

Hi Minister John Wilkinson, I know we're no longer Facebookers but here is a real beauty of a situation.  You know where Wainfleet is?  Do you know its rather sensitive geology and proximity to Lake Erie?  Here are questions for you to look at and as usual you will ignore.  This won't go away no matter how long you hold your breath.  Full details revealed here.

We The People Of Ontario Have No Protection

With our provincial election looming know this as you put the X against your chosen one, all you can do is shut up for the next 4 years. None of us are protected, no one will listen if you raise any questions.

The Integrity Commissioner for the Legislative Assembly of Ontario has said that he is not there for the people of Ontario, not there for the members of the public, to handle any complaints relating to the elected members of government. We only elect them, we can not make a complaint even if we have hard evidence. All the details are on.......Where do we as the people of Ontario in a democratic society go to raise our voices? Where do we seek protection?  Read the details

My original letter to the Integrity Commissioner is posted to show who the minister is that is in question. The Integrity Commissioner left his name out intentionally only naming the name of the ministry. This leads to incorrect conclusions, it appears an intentional misconception presented by the Integrity Commissioner. I am setting the facts straight, this does not relate to any minister of the McGuinty government other then Minister Jim Bradley in his time as Minister for Municipal Affairs and Housing in 2010. The information brought forward to the Integrity Commissioner does not relate to the current Minister for Municipal Affairs Rick Bartolucci. The Integrity Commissioner intentionally left out Minister Jim Bradley's name, why?
